Odyessy sueing Spain ?????

Jeff of PA., I understand that you have contacts at Odyessy. Send me a PM. I'd like to discuss a possible way of Odyessy sueing Spain in International Court about environmental cleanup for the mercury that their ships carried, that is damaging the sea bed. I know another company that has a permit to salvage 2 of Spains ships that carried Mercury. I'm not an attorney, but I'm sure if Odyessy joined forces with this other company, Spain might back off wanting anything to do with their sunken ships.
