Seems like a cool find. The article doesn't mention a tight date for when it sank, but it's most likely mid-18th century. The story is also in the summer issue of Wreckwatch Magazine, a publication I have never heard of but looks pretty swashbuckly on their website. One pic in the article of some standard ship stuff, but there are also a couple of YouTube videos embedded, one from Wreckwatch Magazine that pimps their focus on pirates. Like I said, pretty swashbuckly stuff, but interesting nonetheless:

I'm still hoping someone creates an "International Barbarous Piracy Day". That's when the real fun begins. If they could be on the same day it would only add to the fun and high-jinks.
