Here is an Isotelus maximus that a buddy recently dug up. 8 inches long. I have some enrolled examples that I will try to post soon. This species is the official fossil of Ohio.

Nice example! Eight inches is much larger than my specimen, and they get up to twenty inches I read!

Nice example. I know the quarry that little guy came from. In fact that is where this bug came from.
