To all of you that we hunted with in Caldwell, we will miss seeing you this weekend
To all the new people, you are about to spend the weekend with some of the best folks around. They are a great bunch! Rowdy maybe, but they can't be beat

Ragenna and I would have loved to been there, but we are still not finished moving.

May you all have a wonderfull time, and we will pray for traveling mercies for everyone

Would of loved to met you all but then there is always the Caldwell hunt and the Oregon hunt too. Mmmmmmm might have to see about a Sunshine State hunt lol

My two dogs would be coming in a heart beat if they could. I just don't think I could hunt with them there running around to everybody to get petted. Well, one of them would be doing that and the other would be velcroed to my lap or leg! They just have way too much fun in the country, too many trees to water and so forth......

Trust me I know what you mean I actually have 5 dogs and if she rides I gonna catch heck from them when she and I return.

Us here in Dallas are currently getting POUNDED by rain and hail....tornado warnings as well....hope all is gone by morning...

Whew. Just got back in from coaxing BB off the interstate. Had a close call with a Kenworth and a Mack but he made it ok......

That must have been what I was seeing then... Those tattered bits of tulle just kind of disappeared right after I told Nana I was following that trail. Go figure.

Driving in a headwind all the way to Memphis. What a pain. And with gas at 3.49 this morning. But! I found gas (brace yerselves) for 3.17 in Hayti MO (pronounced "hate-eye" by the locals... very weird).

BEF - SO glad you're gonna make it - whether it's "thanks to" or "in spite of" the doc

I kinda pegged out at Batesville, staying the night there, finishing the drive tomorrow. Man, I'm tired. Even those Antz-in-pantz RR talks about are snoozing.

I'm a weather-watcher, along with Rat. Earlier this evening I checked the hourly, and the Weather channel had the storm coming in around 1:00 p.m. But right now you can see it on the radar on top of Dallas. I think it's going to come through a little faster.

Hopefully by afternoon it will be over and tents can be set up and everybody made comfy. Watch your news channels for the latest, in case I lose power! Drive safely, everyone!

I'm one of those people who likes to keep a eye on the weather. Tells me what to prepare for. Been darn right chilly with the winds blowing 15-20 mph. So I'm prepared.
