I have been hearing of Ogham found in NM, CO and the Ok panhandle for many years. I have found vertical markings that I thought could possible be examples of this. Many people say that these are simply NA Mark's made from tool sharpening. Although some of the locations I have seen them would make no sense for that purpose due to location and usability.

This above photo is what caught my eye on my last outing. I have seen the same thing at many locations including Picture Canyon, CO. After looking the area over I was surprised to find 2 other areas with much finer detailed markings. My first thought was that I just found my first true Ogham!! I have seen a lot of petroglyphs over the years but none quite like this. Check out the photos and please provide any info you may have on the subject. It's hard for me to wrap my head around Celtic people exploring this part of the world years before Columbus but at the same time it is possible our history books might be missing a few chapters...
