Oh yeah baby, I scored 47 cents

Went out detecting two days in a row to a place that has been giving up old coins. I scored 3 V nickels, a 1958 wheatie, IHP, 1952 Rosie and my oldest/first seated dime dated 1850
My wife scored a 1901 barber dime which is in better condition than the ones I found
The seated Dime is in horrible condition but I’m still happy. Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

Nice! I about spit out my milkshake when I saw your "found 47 cents today" post...coz I hunted a fairgrounds near where we are camping today, and found EXACTLY 47 cents!! All clad tho..quarter, 2 dimes and 2 copper Lincolns. I had to throw up the white flag at 45 minutes, the heat and humidity were brutal and I went through my allotment of water even faster. Great finds, Racso..Ddf.

nice day all kinds of cool coins I always wonder why most finds theres only one coin i would think if you lost coins out of ur pockst there would be a spill more often than just losing one just a thought. I recentlg found a barber dime also

I’ve had quite a few hunts where I get under 50 cents and 99.9% of the time it’s clad. I’ve had good luck this month once again but the honey hole has dried up since there’s a couple of us hunting. Once this place is dry I will be going back to beach hunting where it’s much cooler. I’m sure a nice silver will be showing up under your coil so keep on digging. Good luck and stay hydrated.
