Bolsa means bag in Spanish. In the 1880s, Monteros appears to have been a public servant (the department of public works) in a district in Guatemala: Quetzaltenango. Costa Cuca is a town in that district.

Very cool..thanks for your input. Like I said, no clue where I got this, probably in a bag of junk foreign coins. If I see a guy selling foreign coins, like 5 for a dollar at a flea market, I offer to buy all of them. I can't help myself.
