Ok this has got me stumped...

I found these 2 items today at the field where I found the flowing half...I have NO idea what they could be. The first item is some sort of hanger that appears to have been silver plated. The second looks like some sort of buckleish thing...may be a bridal rosette?

Rosettes were a little sexier than that piece, but maybe.
