Okinawa Fossils/ Tooth ID help

I picked up what I'm guessing is a horse tooth while combing the beach today in Okinawa, Japan. It still could use some clean up. I'd guess modern, but it looks a little agatized??
I've found a few Fossil urchins/ echinoderms but that's it. I know Okinawa isn't rich in Fossils, but if anyone can share some tips on finding some marine fossils here I'd appreciate it!
