Great stuff! My family is from Cheyenne and they own land along a creek outside of town! I remember my grandpa digging up old guns and bullets whenever he dug a well or firput or irrigation... He always told us Custer and his men camped near the creek I can't wait to go detect on the land! If y'all ever need help detecting or want to got some other sites in the area I have access to three other sites around Cheyenne. Not sure of the historical value of any of them... But always worth a look!
