Old beach finds

Got out to a long lost small beach, I always managed to come away with a neat little something and this time it didn't disappoint. Along with a haul of clad and buckles I dug the whatzit you see with the chain, any ideas on that piece I also dug the killer 1891 New York Dog License Thanks for looking

Very nice finds. The wife said the two buttons with the chain is for sweater. It's what women would use to keep their sweater from falling off when they didn't have them button up.
