old bison tooth maybe

found this tooth in ohio where i find many arrowheads in creek, is it maybe bison or a newer cow or what no clue

Not bison. Its a horse or cow tooth.

i think it is bison and very old as it seems fr your image that it is VERY OLD and maybe even starting to petrify

I have several prehistoric horse and modern day cow teeth and thats not what they look like. Looks like tatonka molar to me.
 

Could be a bison molar. We have have and it looks similar. My buddy pulled out a 20 thousand year old horse skull after a flood last summer and it looks similar but not the same. We took the teeth to a local museum and thats how we were able to get a correct ID on the animal. A good place to take it would be to a local college who is willing to ID it for you.

It is not a bison tooth and it looks like a horse tooth to me.
