This lock was one that my granddad had when he was a kid. He was born in 1912 and this was the lock on the shed during his young years growing up. I still know the combination. Anyways, I have found lots of info on this lock company, but have not found the match for my lock. Was wondering the age of this lock and maybe even a ballpark value.
Overall size is: 2" wide by 3" tall
The hasp reads: MILLER LOCK CO. PHILA. U.S.A.
On the back I can make out: PATENT
(Unreadable dates)
(MILLER logo)
REG. U.S. PATENT OFF.
The face plate and dial are made of brass, as are the rivets holding it together. The back is steel.
Combination is: spin Left 2x to "7"
Right to "11"
Left to "8"
Right to "9" to open.
