old channel gold with fors gold

hello

I recently aquired a new private prop. to detect. finally had a chance to try it after all the holiday stuff. fors gold did real well. even pulled a couple deeper pieces out of the rock stacks. going to try next time with small coil to get in between the rocks. must have been hell digging in old days. found 4 old rusty riveted shovels. they must have had sore backs daily!.

Ca. How were you running the detector, mode? and which coil? Great finds.

I was using general mode ( all metal) with standard 11" coil. also I forgot the gold weight was 1.6 dwt.

lol John, I don't drink (Never have) so I cant use that remedy.
I didn't know the news called it that, I only have Public access and the internet where I live.
I knew this year was particularly bad for people getting sick but for the news to cover it means that it must be a lot worse than we think...

WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE, COVER THAT MOUTH WHEN COUGHING! LOL
The last thing we need as Prospectors is to be stuck inside getting cabin fever.
