The box itself is quite nice , especially when all the drawers are full of old watch & clock tools .

Great Find! It would be even better if you work on watches.

Great find...:occasion14:

:icon_thumleft: You find the darndest things at that free table. You gonna list it?

That's some dump.

Seriously! I search high and low for watch making tool and nada. Never did going to the dump come up as a possibility! Lol. Honestly I don’t recognize a single tool except the winding handle for a mainspring tool.

That’s an awesome find! I find so much stuff at our dump shed that I make my yearly pass cost back and then some for a great profit.

Is that FEE table or FREE table?

I think my dump has a table where you have to leave something before you take something. Only been once. Have to make a trip out there. When I was there I ran into a 20 something employee and told him I buy old cell phones for recycle. I ended up buying around 200 cells from him over the next several months. (50¢ each)

Your dump has a pass you have to buy? If you pick something up it saves them having to pay to bury it. They are making money both ways.

My trash pickup company has a huge list of things you can and can not throw in the recycle bin. They only accept things that they can make easy money on. They have a huge label on the inside lid. One of the things on the YES side is styrofoam blocks so I broke up a big piece I had and put it in. I got a "ticket" from the trashman saying I did bad and a month later the company even called me to let me know again I was a bad boy. I told her the label said YES! She said it is an old label, I ask why they did not put a new one. She said we are slowly. They changed the rules in January and this was August. Well it is now end of October and still no new label.

There are now times I reverse dumpster-dive.

Yesterday they were checking everyone for dump stickers - I did not have one - so he gave me one .

I agree with Jimdon It looks like these watch parts got tossed into random odd tools bin. I don't see any watch tools that I recognize I would have still picked it up however!

I’ve never thought of going to my dump. I don’t even know if we have a table.

We all call it the “dump” but it’s actually a transfer station. Everything is hauled away between recyclables to trash. That’s why we are charged a yearly fee. I still make plenty of extra $ from our shed finds.

I just listed it - ebay

The bidding is up to $425.00 - 4 days left .
