Beautiful Largie! Congratulations
Go to a shoe store or could be Walmart and get a brass brush with a wood handle for swede shoes or swede leather , it works great for brushing coins fresh out of the dirt , leaves no scratches on your coins, easy to see date on some. HAPPY HUNTING P.S. I usually bring one with me to do just that.

try a small brass shoe brush to clean it off, does not scratch.
