Old copper coin ID help

Can anyone ID this old copper coin?
Looks to be from the 1800’s.

The coin on the right (perhaps the reverse of the coin on the left ?) is Islamic.

The first two numbers in the Islamic date are partially visible. I read '13' in Islamic text which would be between about 1880 and up to about 1980.
