Old Franklin Mint german beer stein with williem tell depictions, Pewter

Hi everyone, first post here. I have come across a 1977 Franklin Mint gmbh pewter beer stein with depictions of the william tell apple shot of the head and what not fable, inside of it was a certificate written completely in german that was also signed. I have some pictures and was hoping you fine folk could help me find out more about it.
