I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard Steveo2! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) - members may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...

I pulled these from other TN threads...

Nice find! :occasion14:

Welcome to the forum!

A good history piece

Look's like it could be a Fur Trade era axe Can you read what looks like a maker's name on it?

Nice find and welcome to the forum.

looks like 2 straight lines dale
they are straight and i believe it is a stamp
Thanx for the reply, Steveo..........Too bad it's so indistinct, we might have been able to ID the maker & possibly date it!
Still a super find!
