Old Homestead Dugout

Located in Historic Estancia Valley in the town of Willard New Mexico on some private property I have access to, is this fantastic old homestead "dugout" circa 1870. Also on the property is a 3 stall Outhouse (privy) INCLUDING A CATALOG, old house and a couple of additional outbuildings. This is located on "Old" Main street of town which is almost now a ghost town.

Again, I'm extending an open invitation to those passing through the area to hunt these places with me and of course, whatever ya find IS YOURS! I just want a photo of the event.

Oh yeah, that looks like fun! What are you going to do when a bus load of detectorists pull up in your yard?

3 seater! That's pretty uptown. I've seen some two seaters up here. Have you excavated it yet? When I was growin up we would move our outhouse to a new spot from time to time, so there's sometimes more than one spot around them, but stuff will be deep. Good spot to find old whiskey bottles sometimes. Nice pic!
