Sorry about that guys, snow hit and I got sidetracked, same day I found that lock I found a King George copper, been working on it all day trying to see if I'd get a decent pic of it.

ILCO......Independant Lock Co. Used that logo and style for a long time.....40's ish +/- Looks like a small one too. Not as common as larger ones.
