Did some kayaking today. Poked around this mill site for a while. Just found trash really, but it was a fun day on the water.
Can’t get it to open. I haven’t had my kayak out yet this year. Mine’s a sit-on-top, not sure I can haul my detector on it.

If your detector isn't waterproof, think about a waterproof something.
MURPHYS LAW kind of things can happen.

Fixed the picture issue I believe. and yes waterproof is a must. Also you can’t discount having everything attached to you via lanyard or paracord. First time I got in the river last year I lost my pinpointer in about 3 minutes.

We watch many spills from boards, canoes, kayaks every season.
It happens mainly from folks getting in/on the craft from or back onto the dock.
Usually a half loud voice saying/crying, splash, and then another person :laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Canoes with two inexperienced people in them are better entertainment than tv! I can say in my life I’ve only ever tipped one canoe and that was after me and my friends had a few too many and were paddling away from a barrier island to get back to the ramp. 🍻

We don't get along either. I'll take a flat bottom boat any day
