Old? musical jewelry box

So I found this musical jewelry box at a thrift shop and it looks old. There's no markings or stickers that would indicate a maker or year. I also do not know what song it plays. I've tried to do some research on it and only found two boxes that looked identical from the outside but were completely different on the inside. They both played different song but looked similar on the inside. Theirs has green felt yet mine has red. Also there's had a removable tray while mine has a small attached one. All of ours are a windup though. If anyone could help me figure out the maker or year it was made that would be great! Or if you have any other information on this piece that is very welcomed as well. Also if you need more pictures let me know!

IMO its a box they gave away at a furniture store in the early 1970's when you bought something like a bedroom set, its from my memories of when my parents made a purchase.
