Old oil painting

Anyone have any info on this old painting (found at an estate sale) ?

There is reference to this title, "Dutch Gentleman Kurjian", as being a reproduction that is on exhibit at the Mellon Bank.

My wife found some info on it possibly being one of the first(of 25) reproductions.When they first started the technique of 'reproducing' oil prints on canvas.Do you know anything about this ?
