Old padlock found today

I found it today in my front yard; anyone knows how old it is? It has engraved: "JHW NEWARK NEW JERSEY"

The exact lettering on he shackle is JHW NEWARK NJ US. On the other side of the shacle there is a "O" (or "0")

Late 19th or early 20th century padlock made by the J. H. W. Climax Co. of Newark, NJ. The company originated in New York in 1837, later relocating to Newark, where it remains in existence today.
