✅ SOLVED Old padlock?

Dug this up at an old park. It's a baseball field now but signs of an old settlement are abundant. Looks like an old pad lock to me at first but now I don't know. Might try electro on it.

Cable clamp for sure. When I worked in a mine we referred to those as "Crosby Clamps" and we had a lot of them on hand it seemed as we were always repairing the cables on our slushers and tuggers.
