This is probably our last visit to the field as we have completed most of the area of interest.
Weather was OK, but had to duck for cover with a hail storm which quickly blow over.

Nice hunt! I don't know which is the cap badge but nice buckle and great ID by Cru'dad.

No Cap Badge today, its just part of the name of the Field. The dump area that the badges come out of was 500 metres away. The whole point of these few days of gridding was to do a virgin area of the field. (not the dump area that we have done several times) This was the last time, spot the difference?:

With the wind chill it was just below freezing today which is perfect weather for rapid digging on a dump area that has 3 signal per swing. We already had Field 1 locked down yesterday, but I wanted a change of pace, as I was on my own & wanted to try for a new Cap Badge for the collection...
