Nice cool day but I wasn't really expecting to be nearly blown over, not sure what the winds speeds were but I was on an exposed hill top & some of the gusts were pretty bad. The sort of day your crying into the wind & I put my cap on so tight it nearly cut off my blood supply. However, it had dried the surface of the ground nicely so digging was good & the boots remained mud free.
This is the field I have been solo hunting & the hammered I've been gridding 3 days for finally came.

4 Hours;

4 Scrappies, although 1 I can tell is an invasion period As of Claudius (circa AD 40s)
Cut Half-penny with the Moneyer RIC[ARD] but can't figure out the Mint.

UPDATE:
Found a reference to a rare spelling of London for Richard I (the Lion Heart);
Class 4a*
RIC[ARD ON LV]NDI (the I not being that clear!)
Its rare for us to find coins of Richard the Lion heart, so this will go in the album.
