not sure about the spartan thing.. But the other 2 items look like ornate belt buckles or some type of fastener that works like a belt.
 

The spartan head relic look like it might be a suspender clip or clasp but I'm not sure because I can't tell how big it is. Can we see a picture of it with something else for size reference?

That suspender type buckle is a really nice one. It's pre 1900 for sure. Maybe a dresser draw handle. Looked like half of a coin purse at first glance. Looks like a promising area.

I will post another pic tomorrow when I am off duty. I would say it is about 1.5" tall and a little over 1" wide
