It looks pretty rough and has the appearance of being plated. If so. It would have to be rolled gold at 14K, not electroplated at full Karat. I don’t know what the ‘32’ means but but it won’t be a ring size. It might be a style number, or a date for 1932, or conceivably for a .32 carat diamond that it once had. Typically, such a stone would have been around 4mm diameter in that kind of setting but unlikely to have been set in anything other than solid gold.
I believe the ring is from the Eisenstadt Manufacturing Company of Missouri, who registered the ‘Priscilla’ trademark on 29 December 1914. It was last renewed on 4 January 1955 and cancelled when they failed to maintain it within the next renewal period.
