I've seen bottles very similar to this one at Civil War shows( that make my heart flutter) and they go for some big $$$, very rare. Let's keep this thread at the top so it can get some more votes for banner cause it's a nice one!

Agreed Coily, I can't believe it hasn't already made banner and it really deserves it!! I think it is much rarer and more valuable than some other things that make banner. Come on folks, get your votes in!!

Member was Less then 30 Days here when he found it.
This unfortunately Disqualifies a spot on The Banner
(I prefer at least 90 Days. )

Yes I would have Loved to Banner it also !
But I do not want to break that Rule,
Or I may be forced to Explain to others in the Future Why
they were not given exceptions also

Thanks for clearing that up Jeff!! What a shame, he has been a member on the "other" forum for about two years, and I have hunted a few times with him for the same amount of time. What I would like to know is if he can post it under "my best finds" after his 90 days and still get a banner vote? He has been very modest and has not posted his recent peace dollar or near unused 4 reale found in the last month or so.

the Banner is for "Recent Discoveries by Our Members" it used to actually say that up there.

and by the way "other forum"? there is no "other" Forum, that matters.

Where does it say in the banner requirements that you must be on the forums for 30 days. Can't seem to find it but anyway I'll hopefully get on the banner someday!! Hoping to meet the appraiser this weekend to see what he has to say about the bottle. Can't wait!!
