old sewing kit?

getting rid of some things and found this old sewing kit it is stamped on the bottom towle 3616 USA the thimble is stamped spain 9 just woundering its age and if its worth anything

If the spools of thread are original to the kit, is's post WWII. Plastics weren't invented until the 50s, I think. I know it's disapointing, but it looks like a dollar at a garage sale type of thing. The thimble is probably the most important part of it, but that's only if a collector needs a Spanish one to complete a collection.
