I saw that the $2 uncirculated notes from the Kansas City and Minneapolis district banks (I-* and J-* notes) are very scarce. So whats it worth?

Unfortunately you don't have one of those. You have an I-B note. The star isn't denoting a wildcard, the serial number sometimes contains an actual star (where the B is on yours).

I always take 40 bucks worth of 2 dollar bills for tips when I go to Vegas. Leave a couple for a waitress or a drink girl and they remember ya.
