Old silver to identify

[vince76]

Today i found this old coin. I'm sure that i've checked the area before but here is another.
First i had a ferrous sound but from a different angle i had also a 75.
First came out a rusty nail and after that the coin.
Can anyone help me identify it?
Thanks.

First of all I needed to know how it works and I was trying to understand that. Banner or no banner for me it's the same.
