Old Spoon found, need help IDing

Old Spoon found, need help ID'ing

Not sure if it is silver or junk but it comes from a site where I pulled many other 1920's silver spoons from..I searched all the Hallmarks and makers marks I could, All I can make out is German-APU??
Any hints,,,

Well, solved the puzzle,,, German Alumunium took some more macro shots at different angles to create shadows to help read it a little better... so now I know what I am dealing with in this area I hunt..
