"OLD TAYLOR " Whiskey Crock

Hi all ,it's been awhile. This summer I came up with this thin tall crude, crock . I've never seen one before, wondering if this is a common jug or not. The handle is missing and it has a crack but I'm still happy with it ! any info on it would be appreciated . Thanks PPC

The Old Taylor "Castle" distillery in Frankfort KY has been abandoned for many years. I went by there a few years ago, its really a neat looking old place. Now they are going to restore it and I think its great.

A guy had one a few years ago, couldn't find much online about it so he thought he had a million dollar find, refused to believe others who told him that it was a nice piece but he wasn't gonna be buying a new Caddy with it...

Mornin E , A caddy ? really ? ,,,,,,,,,,, Good thing it ain't this ole mountain boy's first rodeo , not for one second did I think it would even buy me a used tire with half the tread for the ole pickup . I can honestly say I have never found a jug that would buy a caddy ,,,, but I've found 3, each one would buy a real nice used 4x4 pickup ! ,,,,,,,, Ya know, on second thought, bet I can take it to the bar and get some ole boy to buy me a couple of beer's a shot and a pack of smoke's for it .
