Old thing.

Hi all. Picked this at an estate sale in north central Texas. In the barn hanging up. It is cast iron and weighs 6 pounds. Outside diameter 6 and 1/4 inch. Inside diameter 3 and 1/4. 1 and 3/4 thick. Has 2 small holes outside opposite each other. They do not go all the way thru. 1 inch diameter holes inside that are 1 and 1/8 deep, 4 of them. PAT P JULY 13 1869 and 453 E on both sides. Looks like 2 piece riveted together. Any clues? Thanks for the help in advance. Happy Hunting!
