Old Whiskey Bottle

My brother-inlaw found this old whiskey bottle in the eves of a house he is roofing.
The lable reads:

Cedarhurst Pure
Whiskey
Blended and Distilled by
Thomas Ward & Co.
59 Fourth Ave. New York

This whiskey is matured in WOOD and bottled under our supervision.
It is absolutely pure and unadulterated.
Especially Recommended for medicinal purposes.

All corks and capsules bare our name.

This brnad, trade maek & label are registerd.

Guarnteed to conform with the pure food law.​

if it doesnt have the "reuse prohibited by law" disclaimer on it it is pre 1930.........
 

Any other information on the company?
Or a possible value?
I know nothing about bottles.

How much do the numbers on the bottom of the bottle matter?
THey are:
1097
 

Found out a little bit
dates from 1906-1929
 

Greetings the second picture may be a medicine bottle. If you want to know how old it is, just look at the seam lines on the sides. if it goes all the way up to the top to the bottle than it is modern. The lower the seam lines the older it is.If no seam lines, than it was blown.
 

wow thats a nice find you usually don't see the label in that good shape congrats
