More oldies from the waters of old beaches. Waters are still in the low 40's but worth the travel and time. Dressing warm long sleeved water insulated gloves and the propper tools make it all come together. This years marks a time in my life that I have been Metal Detecting for 50+ years. Still finding relics and coins just not as many. I remember times when mostly all the coins that were brought home were Silvers...

Congrats on the gold recoveries.
Yes it was great fun back then for silver.
Gee sometimes I think what today's detectors would of done back then.
What was your first detector?

Don't tell anyone but I, too, have been detecting for 50 yrs, started in early 70s. Sold a $20.00 gold coin for $50.00 back then to buy the White's detector but don't remember which model. Gave the detector to a nephew in the late 1980s and not sure what happened to it. Wish I'd kept it...
