Just wanted to say hi to all. I am new at treasure hunting. I registerd under Olgrump but get error message when I try to login. So reregistered under Oldone. Works fine now.Ordered my Whites GFX yesterday. Looking foward to reading tips and everyting about treasure hunting. I live in the Gold Country around Grass Valley, Ca. So there is lots of gold around. I know it will take time to learn how to operate the GFX. But with your help I hope to expedite the learning curve. Can't wait to get going.

I got one in the mail last week too, after filling up a form on their website after hearing about their great offer. Wish they had a kool book like this, about my ol' Dinosoro detectin' unit! Oh ya, a little tip, don't be shy about conducting a number of air-tests on it in the house either. You can learn MUCH by doing so and, it gets VERY interesting while you offer it different metalic objects and note how and where it identifies them, with the various settings this machine is capable of.
