I scored this at a community sale today. Bought a box with some costume jewelry, and 5 other watches including a women's Gucci for $4. It's a bumper, works, just missing stem/crown. On the inside it has number 11308073, back of case reads F 6516, and below it W289570. Band is Omega, but not Gold. Not sure if it is the original. As always thank you for your comments and feedback.
