Went out last night for about 3 hours for a low tide wet sand hunt. First hour didn't produce much, a few clad hits here and there, the usual trash, just enough to keep me interested..I was starting to zone out thinking to myself how crappy the current sand conditions are, Then I get a good hit, but no way was I thinking gold..Dumped the sand, shifted aside a little with my foot, cast my headlight down at the target, saw the sweet golden outline of a ring, snatched it up, held back my excitement for just a second till I could tell for sure I had something good, Booyah!! 5.4 gram 14k ring w/14 blue stones (Sapphires?) & 10 Diamond chips, stones test good, ring is a size 10 so pretty big. I was pumped after that so continued hunting for another few hours then called it quits after not finding much else but a few more coins and trash..
