river don't always listen to people on here sometimes on pcs like that they can't see end use but with that said i don't see any end use on that pc

Because it could be used as a chopper but maybe never used as one, I would have to classify it as ordinary camp rock. There was a time when I first started finding artifacts that my standards were not as refined. Crude pestles and hammer stones are very plentiful and until I found good examples I had quite a few mungy rocks. A good cobble chopper is quite obviously worked, keep looking.
