Found this cache several years ago with a friend of mine. He found the ones in the picture that has 8 and 2 brokes. They were about a foot or so deep. They were in the root ball right next to the stump of a big pine tree that had been logged. We dug as much as we could around the roots and thought we had the all but a few years later I dug back into the stump that had rotted and several more popped out.Man what a day that was. The flat green slate-ish slab was beside them and maybe used for a cutting platform or just some raw material for later use. Thanks for the look=Sam

Wow!!! That is one of the best caches I have seen on here. Incredible assortment.

SCrocks. Man, that is KILLER!! Probably the oldest cache I have ever seen. Look like Lecroys? A if it wasn't sweet already, a killer drill to top it off. The large slate piece is awesome in itself. Stupid question, but I assume you dug the rootball, and area it came from as much as possible to make sure you got them all?
Congrats!!!!!

We dug it up several times and dug the area around it. We dug an area of about 2 acres up in 8 years. Then the farmer pushed over it with a dozer. Then sold the land. Still trying to get permission to get back in there and dig some more.

Awesome!!! Congrats!
