I understand that it's broke. Trust me, I'm the first to curse about broken pieces. But on a positive note, this particular relic has the best serations that I have ever personally held or seen. They aren't just pointed serations. They seem rounded almost.

Aweome workmanship and material, the slight base ding would not bother me at all on a piece like that, way cool ! I would worry about carrying that around in my pocket out in the field, it might saw it's own way right through some pants. LOL
