Grey matter at low tide today. Are MCS sposed to be translucent? Well, anywho, here is today's pelt.

Yes, they are commonly on dark transparent glass that looks black until you backlight it. Then you can see brown, blue, olive green, sometimes even purple.

When I first looked at this one I could not see the transparency even when backlit. Must need new contacts or something b/c when I looked again (without my contacts in), there it was. Do you have any purple based ones?
