One Roll One Silver

I stopped at the same bank I got the silver quarters from and asked if they had halves. They only had 1 roll so I grabbed it along with a roll of nickles. There was only one silver half a Kennedy 1964, is this 90% or 40%?

The nickles were all modern 2000+, mostly westward journey series. Is there any value in collecting these aside from just creating a complete set?

Heh...not only that, but finding it in the only roll you got was a good deal! 1 90% out of 20 halves.
Be nice if it were always like that!

Of the new Westward nickle series look for the buffalo nickle with a line going vertically thru the buffalo. It's called a speared Bison nickle from what I've read.

Congrats on the silver half! I bought 6 rolls of halves from different banks today,no silver whatsoever.
