A nice little Hopewell. It looks like another Kaolin point. Your local Hopewells are from the Crab Orchard tradition. Quite a bit of Hopewell action in your area. A lot of it was centered up on Rt 3 by Grand Tower.
And a good one it is. Maybe add a better picture?
