Detector(s) used
Equinox 800 SE and DFX
Well we had a record week of temperatures here and i was able to get out 6 of the 7 days. The results were good clad wise $35.48 Nothing really old, but did find a canadian cent from 1963 my year of birth so that was fun. Other stuff included a gun barrel, a rabies tag, a small butterfly pendant and a little sketchers heart shaped pendant. Well took all my stuff back out of car...covered in mud...back to winter...oh well...time to work out some more trades and equipment changes.... The picture shown includes all my finds for the week...including 3 days of finds previously posted...everything separated.

Keep plugging (get it) away ;D

Good things come to those who make their own luck, its going to be a good year for sure.

Gregg,
Looks like you're off to a great start. Over $35 already! Congrats. You and Bdoo must have a lot of parks around you to hit.
Way to go,

Looking at either an ex2 or se... I can find clad all day long...but speaking with a few people that just picked up an se it is definitely deeper by at least 2 inches... I will also keep the dfx...

Wow greg nice start to the new year. I have been reading your posts for awhile and after extensive research and watching your posts about your dfx as well as others i have decided to purchase one. I have a bh 505 and a viper trident that I used in the past. the 505 was great for a starter detector and the viper was to try water detecting. I have a bad back and after a few trips in the water in san diego getting beat up by the waves I decided water detecting was not for me so now I concentrate on beach and parks. I am impressed with the dfx reports and your finds. thanks for your posts and I hope you find tons of gold and silver. HH ted

Thanks you will be happy with the dfx...just start with the factory programs and read the manual a few times. When you are ready the dfx can be a million detectors in one...sounds like you are in a populated area...which should be very nice for the dfx...best of luck...would have responded quicker...but computer crash was down since Wednesday...
