It looks like a 1915, but I'm not absolutely certain on the last digit.

P.S. In my excitement, I forgot to mention how I found it. It was about 2" down in an area that has been getting very saturated with water and the ground is starting to raise up in some spots. It read 24 on the VDI, which is usually a pulltab so I almost didn't dig it. WOW I'm sure glad I dug it. That just makes a stronger case for digging everything, which I do now!
